“In October 2018 our daughter, Charlize, was born prematurely at 24 weeks gestation and was hospitalised for a total of nine months.

The last three months of her journey were spent in the Children’s Hospital where Rj and I took turns in caring for her. This meant time alone with one another and with our son Xavier were scarce. Additionally, preparing meals and attending household chores were often neglected. 

Thanks to the Hearts and Hands Ministry, a group of ladies offered their time and service by preparing us with daily meals. Furthermore, they offered to care for Charlize which allowed both Rj and I to spend much needful time with each other and with Xavier. 

Such love and genuine care were demonstrated from these ladies who have a sincere desire to serve others. We are truly grateful to God for these faithful ladies and are deeply appreciative to the Hearts and Hands Ministry for being a tremendous blessing during our time of need.”
